What’s wanting to birth from your being?
What’s ready for YOU to show up & say yes?
What’s stirring in your heart, soul, mind, & body?
What’s your medicine, your message, for this world?
Welcome, I’m so glad you are here.
I have a passion for bringing healing, opening, purpose, and embodiment to women. I am a creative visionary walking this planet as an unschooling mama, wife, author, teacher, speaker, healer, and holistic wellness coach. I take a whole life approach to supporting and encouraging each individual woman on her path to discovering/re-discovering her *dark-gooey* center. Through the unfolding of my own healing journey, I have found my purpose, my medicine for this world.
This is my mission. I want to help women wake up, show up, and BEcome.
I am the founder/creator of The Sacred Space & A Woman’s Circle in Conversation. This encompasses my podcast, seasonal retreats, workshops, and events for women (online and in-person). I believe in holding space, honesty, truth-sharing, real conversations, radical love, unconditional support, and bringing awareness to all.
I know when women come together in this sacred space, they WILL find healing.
“Each time women gather in circles with each other, the world heals a little more.”
I believe it starts within each of us. Join me. I am so thankful you are here.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
